Who we are:
Two friends with a passion for the cooking trade and for this spectacular region called Umbria.
A shared love for good food and wine meant that we could team up and direct our energy towards a common goal that of reopening this historical restaurant whilst at the same time resuming the name that was given to it by our grandfather Luigi in 1924, Osteria Pozzo della Mensa.
